Dawn of the Geeks

We just finished suing Suntasia for violating the TCPA on two counts. We ended up settling out of court and they got stuck with their lawyer bill. We actually sued them in small claims so we wouldn’t have to deal with lawyers. We didn’t count on Suntasia being run by idiots who decided it would be a good idea to waste money on an expensive lawyer over a $1000 suit.
